Praxis

Deep Roots Health Consortium (DRHCo) is a social impact firm dedicated to creating inclusive structures and equitable outcomes for marginalized communities facing systemic inequities. DRHCo partners with community members and providers as equal stakeholders.

• DRHCo spearheads co-facilitation design (CFD) between providers and clients.

• CFD centers the voice and experience of the client community, allowing providers to tailor their scope and reach with a praxis that edifies the interests of the community partners. 

DRHCo is a consortium of social medicine and community health visionaries. The majority of DRHCo members are bilingual or multilingual in both Indigenous and European languages.
